Upon purchase, TranscribeFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

  • You may install the Software on multiple personal devices
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • You may not use the Software for illegal purposes

3. Third-Party Services (BYOK)

TranscribeFlow uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, requiring you to provide your own API keys for:

  • Deepgram — For speech-to-text transcription
  • Google Gemini — For AI-powered post-processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. TranscribeFlow is not responsible for any charges, limitations, or issues arising from your use of these services.

4. Payment and Refunds

TranscribeFlow is a one-time purchase product. After payment:

  • You receive lifetime access to the Software
  • All future updates are included at no additional cost
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied

5. Updates and Support

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates are provided at our discretion. While we strive to provide helpful support, we do not guarantee resolution of all technical issues.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
